Privacy

We never sell your information. Period.

We never sell your personal information or your business information to anybody: not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to competitors, not to anyone. That is not our business model. Our business model is simple: everything we offer lives inside the app, from estimates to upgrades to the services we build for contractors. You pay for tools that help your business. We don't need to sell your data, so we don't, and we never will.

What we store

• Your account: name, email, phone number, password (encrypted, we can't read it).
• Your company profile: company name, what you do, logo, license number, contact info, your terms.
• Your work: past estimates you upload, jobs, voice-memo transcripts, photos, and the estimates we generate.
• Your clients' details that you enter: names, addresses, and email addresses, used only to create and send your estimates.
• Basic product activity (for example, that an estimate was created or sent), kept in our own database so we can fix problems and improve the product. No advertising trackers, ever.

Who can see your data

Nobody but you and the people you invite to your company account. Every company's data is walled off from every other company at the database level. Your estimates, your prices, and your style train only your own account and can never appear in anyone else's.

Your clients

We email your client exactly once each time you press Send, in your company's name, and their reply goes to your inbox, not to us. We never market to your clients, never contact them on our own, and never share their information with anyone.

Service providers

Like nearly every online product, we use a small number of companies to process data on our behalf, under contracts that limit what they can do with it: Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (writes the estimate documents), Deepgram (turns speech into text), Resend (sends email), and Stripe (payment processing; Stripe handles your card details, we never see the numbers). They process data only to provide the service to you, and none of them may use your data for anything else.

Cookies

We use only the cookie that keeps you logged in. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

Age

Bid Like Pro is a business tool for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18.

Leaving, and your data

Your work is yours. You can export your estimates at any time, including after you stop paying. If you want your account and data deleted, email support@bidlikepro.com and we'll delete it. No dark patterns, no hostage data. If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email.
