Bid Like Pro is a product of Radswiecicki, Inc. ("Bid Like Pro," "we," "us," or "our").
Bid Like Pro turns your spoken description of a construction job into a professional, branded estimate document, written in your company's style, that you can review, revise, and send to your client. It serves construction trades only.
We prepare drafts; you are the estimator. The system never invents your price and never adds warranties or commitments you didn't state. But the estimate you send to a client is your document and your responsibility. Review it before sending, the same way you'd review anything that carries your company's name.
If you use the basic starter terms we offer, understand that they are a general template, not legal advice. We recommend an attorney where you work reviews them before you rely on them.
When your client taps Approve, the product records an electronic acceptance (their name, the time, and a fingerprint of the exact document version) under the U.S. E-SIGN Act. It is your responsibility to use this feature only where electronic acceptance is legally appropriate for your work.
Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person per login. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the product.
Everything you upload and everything we generate for you belongs to your company. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you. See our Privacy page: we never sell your information.
Use the service for real construction estimating for your own business. Don't abuse it: no attempts to break, overload, or misuse the system, no unlawful content, and no using it for anything other than construction trade work. We may apply reasonable usage limits to keep the service fast and fair for everyone, and may suspend accounts that abuse it.
Current pricing is shown in the app, and what a payment buys is described at the moment of purchase. You are never charged for an estimate that failed to generate. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.
The service is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it reliable and accurate, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or that any estimate will win any job. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits what can't legally be limited.
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your data at any time. If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we'll post the update here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA.
