Bid Like Pro is a product of Radswiecicki, Inc. ("Bid Like Pro," "we," "us," or "our").
If the product fails to write an estimate, that attempt costs you nothing, automatically. You only ever pay for estimates that were actually delivered.
Email support@bidlikepro.com within 30 days of the charge and tell us what happened. A real person reads it, and if the product did not do its job, we refund the charge. We would rather refund a charge than keep an unhappy contractor's money.
There is no subscription. Your first estimate is free. After that, each estimate is charged once, at the moment you deliver it to your client (by email or by copying the link). Once an estimate is paid, every resend and every revision of that same estimate is free forever. There is nothing to cancel.
Your estimates remain exportable. Refunds never cost you your documents.
